Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
11th day of August , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider•
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-565
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT N0, 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated July 30, 1980, for Progressive Contractors,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 9 in the amount of $114,831.83 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
