the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-562
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
TURTLE LAKE TRUNK SEWER
PROJECT 920
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated August 1, 1980, for Northdale Construction
Co., Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 2 in the amount of $9,811.46 to Northdale Construction Co., Inc. for
Project 920.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
