Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. SO- 561
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated July 31, 1980, for Northdale Construction
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 8 in the amount of $13,366.92 to Northdale Construction Co. for Project
No. 807, 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembgr Hovt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmemhers Davenpart_ Nn t_
Neils and Schneider
