The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, �Coyncilmembers Daven ort Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following ers were absent: None Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 555 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION CO./JAMES JAGODZINSKI NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 AT THE EAST END OF 31ST AVENUE NORTH (80038) WHEREAS, Volp Construction Co./James Jagodzinski has requested approval of a site plan for a 46,000 square foot office/warehouse to be located north of Highway 55 at the east end of 31st Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Comnission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Volp Construction Co./James Jagodzinski for site plan approval of an 46,000 square foot office/warehouse to be located north of Highway 55 at the east end of 31st Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in an amount determined according to the verified acreage and according to the dedication policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance. 3. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted. 4. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79080 regarding minimum floor elevations in subdivisions and sites which abut or contain storm water drainage facilities. 5. Location of fire hydrants and fire lanes per City Code with submission of detailed fire protection plan. 6. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of the site improvements termed for 24 months. Resolution # 80-555 Page 2 7. Signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 8. All driving and parking areas shall be bounded by curbing per Ordinance standards.
