Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-550
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER'S LICENSE FOR 1980-81
WHEREAS, an application for Garbage Hauler's License has been received from:
Sunrise Sanitation
5311 Manitou Road
Excelsior, MN
and
WHEREAS, the above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of the Plymouth City Code;
Od NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Garbage Hauler's License be approved for
Sunrise Sanitation, Excelsior, MN for a period expiring March 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport.
