Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of August , 19 80. The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmem-ers Davenport. Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
,RESOLUTION NO. 80-548
AUTHORIZING TRANSFIkR OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY TO STREET
1980 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the adopted 1980 Budget included an amount of $8,755.00 for an additional
employee in the Street Division; and
WHEREAS, these funds were budgeted within the Contingency Fund of the Budget; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that an additional employee would be authorized effective
October 1, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that $4,378.00 is transferred from the Contingency Fund (101-190-899) to
the Street Operating Budget (101-172).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an additional employee as included in the 1980 Budget
is authorized effective October 1, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
