Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
mcved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-547
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated July 29, 1980, for Tennis West, Ltd.,
has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Irc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $49,021.78 to Tennis West, Ltd. for miscellaneous
structures at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember pav n� t and upon vote being taken thereon, the
