Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 4th day of August , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce members Davenport Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Counci member Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-544
ORDERING PROJECT 022
AMHURST 2ND ADDITION STREET AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,a petition from the developer of Amhurst 2nd Addition for bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter and trail improvements has been received pursuant to
a City Council motion adopted May 19, 1980; and
WHEREAS, said petition was received by the Council on August 4, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the plans referenced in
the development contract per Amhurst 2nd Addition. The petitioner has
waived his right to a public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
3. A change order to the 1980 Street Surfacing Program shall be prepared by
the engineer.
