Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of August , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Daven ort Hoyt and Schneider

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
mom its s adoption:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 708/023
COUNTY ROAD 15 BIKEWAY AND PINEVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Edvertisement for bids for the construction of the County
Road 15 Bikeway and Pineview Lane, and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc. of Ossio, Minnesota in the name
of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Project 708/023 in the amount
of $325,758.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
3. The completion date is changed from September 1, 1980 to October 15, 1980.
4. The City share of the project shall be funded as follows:
