Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, minnesota was held-5—the
4th day of August , 19 80 . The following members were
present: -Mayor Hunt, Counctimembers avenpori, Hoyt and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 539
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SURETY BOND FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL
FREE CHURCH AT 705 HIGHWAY 101 NORTH (A-555)
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 78-268 approved site plans,
expansion and a conditional use permit for the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church;
and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner submitted a surety bond from Safeco Insurance Company
in the amount of $23,000 for landscaping and construction of the parking lot;
and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the site and determined that the parking lot
and landscaping improvements are satisfactorily completed, exclusive of the
improvements relative to the Narcissus Lane cul-de-sac and access barrier at
the southwest corner of the site for which a separate financial guarantee was
submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the
surety bond from Safeco Insurance Co. (Bond No. 2867247) in the amount of $23,000
for Wayzata Evangelical Free Church at 705 Highway 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Cou ccilmembers Davenport.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Rised and adopted.
