Hovt and Schneider ng members were absent: Counc-11membewWTIS �t t,r,r Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-538 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICHARD HAVER FOR A HOME OCCUPATION AT 5115 JONQUIL LANE (80030) WHEREAS, Richard has requested appPoval of a conditional use permit for a home occupation for an office related to an automotive supply operation in the base- ment of his home at 5115 Jonquil Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Richard Haver for a conditional use permit for a home occupation for an office related to an automotive supply operation in the basement of his home at 5115 Jonquil Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. No alterations of the site to accomodate the office use. 2. No signage relative to the conditional use is permitted on the premises. 3. The permit is issued to the petitioner for the home occupation of an office within the house and shall not be transferable. 4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be for one (1) year. 7. Prior to issuance of the permit, the dwelling shall be inspected by the Building Department which shall certify that the premises can accomodate the proposed use within Code requirements. 8. There shall be no retail or wholesale exchange of goods on the premises. Resolution M 80-538 Page 2 9. There.shall be no parking of the van or other vehicles related to the conditional use in the driveway. 10. There shall be no deliveries related to the conditional use made to the residence.
