HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-534CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Cour-il of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the ' 4th day of _ August , 19 80 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider The following members were absent: ounci mem er Neils Councilmgmber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 80- 534 APPROVING REVISED SITE PLAN FOR "GARRISON PARKBROOKE" RPUD 79-1 FOR GAR -LAR PROPERTIES (79018) AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-576 WHEREAS, Gar -Lar Properties has requested approval of a revised final site plan for "Garrison Parkbrooke" within RPUD 79-1, consisting of 8 townhouse units on Outlot G of Plymouth Hills Addition also known as Outlot F, Plymouth Hills Revised; and, WHEREAS, the revised site plan including changes in the landscaping and proposed future amenities has been reviewed by administrative staff and found to be consistent with the plan approved under Resolution No. 79-576; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final revised site plan for "Garrison Parkbrooke" RPUD 79-1 consisting of 8 townhouse units subject to the following conditions: 1. No building permits to be issued until the final plat for Garrison Parkbrooke is filed with the County. 2. Submission of financial guarantee to be termed for 24 months to assure comple- tion of approved site improvements. 3. Submission of detailed sign plans before issuance of sign permits. 4. Compliance with policy Resolution #79-74 and with City Code regarding fire lanes and fire hydrants. 5. Building setbacks and yard setbacks from the public streets shall be as indicat- ed on approved plans, and in the case of any adjustment of the alignment of 38th Avenue North shall be no less than that indicated in the approved plan. 6. Compliance with Council Policy Resolution #79-80 regarding minimum floor eleva- tions for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water drainage facilities; construction also to be in compliance with any adjustment mandated by the findinqs of the general floor plain use permit per Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance. 7. Height and size of trees shall be in accordance with adopted City Landscape Criteria and Policy. 8. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. FURTHER, Resolution No. 79-576 is hereby rescinded. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _CoUncilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor t e� regi Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider ine forrowing votes against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
