Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of August , 19 80. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 528
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON
FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1981 - 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1981 through 1985; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning commission
as to the consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comments before final adoption
of the program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 18, 1980
at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard as the time and place for the public hearing on said Capital Improvements
program and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor reoMayor Hunt. Councilmembers DaveaRgrt.
