The following members were present--. --MAy6r Hunt, Count i� vers Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider The following mowers were t: LouncilmemDer Nells RRR RRR RRR Councitmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 522 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 829 - RIDGECREST AREA WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on August 4, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. 31st Avenue North west of Quaker Lane 2. Quaker Lane from 28th Avenue North to its terminus 3. 30th Avenue North from Quaker Lane to Pilgrim Lane 4. 29th Avenue from Quaker Lane east to its terminus 5. 28th Avenue from Quaker Lane to Nathan Lane 6. Pilgrim Lane from 28th Avenue to 32nd Avenue North 7. Easement across lots 10 and 18, Auditors Subdivision No. 333, from 29th Avenue North to 31st Avenue North by the installation of watermain lateral and trunk facilities,'sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall, be held on the 25th day of August, 1980, in the City Council Chambers of the,Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Davenport and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo n favorthereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider ine roiioving votes against or abstainea: Whereupon the Resolution was declared dul,
