Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ones 4th day of

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 513
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO PE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PRWECT 829 - RIDGECREST:AREA
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. 31st Avenue North west of Quaker lane
2. Quaker Lane from 28th Avenue North to its terminus
3. 30th Avenue North from Quaker Lane to Pilgrim Lane
4. 29th Avenue from Quaker Lane east to its terminus
5. 28th Avenue from Quaker Lane to Nathan Lane
6. Pilgrim Lane from 28th Avenue to 32nd Avenue North
7. Easement across lots 10 and 18, Auditors Subdivision No. 333,
from 29th Avenue North to 31st Avenue North
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer laterals,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances and the contract price for such improvement is $466,523.34 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$94,322.38, so the total cost of the improvement will be $560,845.7. and of this cost
the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $560,845.72.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water and trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project
shall be applied to the existing land use Zoning.

Residential: $475.00 per 1/2 acre lot or $950.00 per acre

3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public
inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
