N Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a )jr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was red an the 4th day of
August 19 80. The following members were present— V-- Hunt,
QWncjl Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider
following members were absent: Counci l"meembier Neils

introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 512
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 813 - OAKVIEW LANE AREA
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. Oakview Lane from T.H. 55 north to its terminus
2. On the north side of T.H. 55 from Oakview Lane west approximately 1,100 feet
3. On an easement from Oakview Lane west to Industrial Park Boulevard
by the installation of watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous street
restoration, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for
such improvement is $158,457.08, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred
in the making of said improvement amount to $41,337.50, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $199,794.58, and of this cost the City will pay $79,785.60
as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $120,008.98.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water and trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project shall
be applied to the existing land use zoning.

' 3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public
inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Daven rt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedn avor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport,
Hoyt and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
