Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Wnnesota, was held -on-'t 4th day of

introduced the following Resolution and coved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 511
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 809
PIKE LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. Hemlock Lane from County Road 10 to 62nd Avenue
2. 61st Avenue from Hemlock Lane east to its teminus
3. Goldenrod Lane from 60th Avenue to 61st Avenue
4. Goldenrod Lane from 60th Avenue south
5.' County Road 10 from Hemlock Lane east approximately 1520 feet
by the installation of watermain lateral and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer
laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such
improvement is $587,434.18, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred
in the making of said improvement amount to $124,161.80, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $711,595.98, and of this cost the City will pay $133,954.34
as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $577,641.64.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for ester and trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project shall
be applied to the existing land use zoning.
Water Area Residential: $475.00 per 1/2 acre lot or $950.00 per acre
Sanitary Sewer Area Residential: $300.00 per 1/2 acre lot or $600.00
per acre

3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public
i nspect i on.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
