Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-505
APPROVING 1980 PEDDLERS & SOLICITORS LICENSES
WHEREAS, Betty Lou Davis and Terry Lee Thomas of B & B Davis Promotions
have submitted applications for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
Licenses for the door-to-door sale of discount books promoting local dry
cleaning operations, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLYEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications of Betty Lou Davis and Terry Lee
Thomas of B & B Davis Promotions for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient
Merchants Licenses be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
