The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilme ers u Vebport; Ffioyt and Schneider The following me ers were absent: Counc� me er e s �� Cguncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 00- 504 APPROVING 1980 PEDDLERS b SOLICITORS LICENSE WHEREAS, Carol Jean Forke has submitted an application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License for the operation of a mobile food service at the East Medicine Lake Beach, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Carol Jean Forke for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1980.
