Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Hecial meeting of

Cguncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 00- 504
APPROVING 1980 PEDDLERS b SOLICITORS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Carol Jean Forke has submitted an application for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License for the operation of a mobile
food service at the East Medicine Lake Beach, in accordance with Chapter
III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Carol Jean Forke for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be approved for a period to
expire December 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt
and Schneider
