Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-503
APPROVING 1980 CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from
Betty Buehl for Versatile Parts, Inc. at 15700 - 28th Avenue North
in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application
for Betty Buehl for Versatile Parts, Inc. be approved for the period
ending December 31, 1980
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wncil er Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers DaVenoort.
