Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s�e_c_iia_lmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
28th day of Jul "1980 . The following members were
Present: Mayar Hunt ounc ers Daveneort, Ho t and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-497
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND ADDITION (A-571)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 9, 1979, Volp has
Construction Co. and the Playhouse Co., Inc., developers of Playhouse Ind. Park 2nd Addn.,
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of
the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced
as follows:

That the Letter of Credit required be reduced to $23,750 to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
