Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 80-496
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVE11ENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated July 10, 1980, for Jerome Begin Contracting
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $67,822.47 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gouncilmember URyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
