Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helT on the
28th day of July , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenporf, Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 80- 488
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CLARENCE JANSSON AT 1250 HIGHWAY
101 NORTH (A-632)
WHEREAS, Clarence Jansson has requested a conditional use permit renewal for a
home occupation to continue operation of a trt•:k delivery service from his home
at 1250 Highway 101; and:,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Clarence Jansson for renewal of a conditional use permit involving the opera-
tion of a furniture hauling and package delivery service as a home occupation
at 1250 Highway 101 subject to the following conditions:
1. Petitioner be allowed to park two passenger vans only at the residence.
2. Permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the service and
shall not be transferable.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof. ----Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
