HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-487CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held 6n—fhe 28th day of July 19 80 . The following members were present: Mor 4unt, ounc mem ers avenpor , Hoyt and Schneider The following members were absent: Counci mem er Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-487 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JOHN F. DUGGAN FOR "BIG RED Q QUICK PRINT CENTER" AT 1880 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH (A-773) WHEREAS, John F. Duggan has requested a conditional use permit for a printing service known as "Big Red Q Quick Print Center" in the I-1 District at 1880 Berkshire Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reivewed the request at a duly called public hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for John F. Duggan for the "Big Red Q Quick Print Center" printing service at 1880 Berkshire Lane North subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit is subject to all applicable ordinances, codes and regulations and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. No outside storage of materials, trash or disposal facilities. 3. No signs permitted without sign plan approval in accordance with ordinance and plan criteria for this building. 4. Expansion of the use beyond the space shown shall be subject to ordinance plan review procedures as an amendment to the permit. 5. The permit shall be for one (1) year at which time it shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following oted in favor t ereo : ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—pas.sed and a op e
