Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-474
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HERITAGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION (A-824)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 16, 1980, The
Medford Corporation, developer of Heritage Estates 2nd Addition (A-824), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit required be reduced to $13,845 to reflect the completed
work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted
as of July 21, 1980 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the
Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council memb r Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof., Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport.
