Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was a on the
21st day of July , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers venpori, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 472
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FROM BRUCE CONSTRUCTION CO.
FOR MERRIMAC PLACE ONE (A-457)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Bruce Construction Co. for Merrimac Place
One located on the southwest corner of Highway 101 and Merrimac Lane North, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-788; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a savings certificate in the amount of $18,600; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the certificate amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the site performance guarantee, Money Market Certificate No. 54221 in the amount
of $18,600 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements installed by Bruce
Corstruction Co. at Merrimac Place One located at Highway 101 and Merrimac Lane
North, to $6,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
