CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Daveng9rt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were a sent: 7ouncilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-471
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10, dated July 14, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 10 in the amount of $129,969.45 to Progressive Contractors for Project
853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport. Neils
