Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following mem ers were a sent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 470
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated July 14, 1980, for Northdale Construction
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 7 in the amount of $10,844.29 to Northdale Construction Co. for Project
No. 807, 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
