Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hed on the
21st day of Jul , 19, gQ. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport. Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-469
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
VICKSBURG LANE
PROJECT 801
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated July 8, 1980, for Jerome Begin Contrac-
ting Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 8 in the amount of $53,104.69.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedin avor thereof: Mayor Hurt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils
and Schneider
Whereupon the Resolut
