Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of Jul , 19_K. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-467
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated July 8, 1980, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 6 in the amount of $13,952.16 to Jerome P. Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Niels
and Schneider
The folliwing voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
