Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport. i
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
rr�ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-464
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
TURTLE LAKE TRUNK SEWER
PROJECT NO, 920
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated July 10, 1980, for Northdale Construction
Co., Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $83,562.96 to Northdale Construction Co., Inc. for
Project 920.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and :ipon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
