Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ;linnesota was held on the
21st day of Jul , 1910 . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-461
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
PROJECT .VQ. 702/906 AND 909
FERNBROOK LANE. 23RD AVE. AND 26TH AVE. IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Fernbrook Lane, 23rd Ave. and 26th Ave. Improvements:
1. Adding the concrete curb and gutter and bituminous surfacing for
the driveways and parking lots at the Public Utilities Building
( Project 808) .
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for Project 702/905 and 909 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 5 for Project 702/905 and 909 adding $49,648.90
is approved and the previous contract price of $1,051,080.25 is revised to
$1,100,729.15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol lowing voted n favor red Mawr Hunt, Counciimembers Davenport,
tils and Schngider,
