Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of Jul 19 80 . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-460
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 904/004/007
49TH AVE., 51ST AVE. AND 10TH AVE. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Adding the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer for
Project 005 (Larch Lane Cul-de-sac) as ordered,
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 904/004/007 is recommended for
approval;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 904/004/007 by adding $43,470.40 is
approved and that the existing contract price of $523,354.35 is revised to
$566,824.75.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foliowing voted n favor reo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils
and Schneider
