Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of July , 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t and Schneider _
The follow! ng members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Counci I member Nei I s
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-452
REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION
TO CONNECT TO
METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL 'OMMISSIONS'S SEWER SYSTEM
PROJECT 007
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has a sewer line located on
Nathan Lane in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, Project 007 requires a connection from said trunk line for a sanitary
sewer extension on 10th Ave. as shown on the approved plans for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that authorization is requested from the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission for connecting the 10th Ave. sewer extension as shown on the approved
plans to its sewer trunk line located on Nathan Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foilowing voted n favor thereo Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt
ine roiiowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasied and adopted.
