The following members were present: Acting Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t and Schneider ` The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmember Nei s Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 80-449 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 933 18TH AVENUE, 17TH AVENUE AND CO. RD. 18 WATERMAIN WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on July 7, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. 18th Avenue from South Shore Drive to County Road 18 Frontage Road, 2. 17th Avenue from South Shore Drive to County Road 18 Frontage Road, 30 3. County Road 18 Fontage Road from 19th Avenue to 13th Avenue by the installation of watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of August, 1980, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessR,,nt to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
