Councilmem-Fe—rs Hoyt and Schneider folI CpWncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 444 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 832 SCHMIDT LAKE HILLS WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on July 7, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvemenLi: I. 46th Avenue North from the western boundary line of Schmidt Lake Hills east to its terminus, 2. Oakview Lane from 46th Avenue south, 3. Norwood Lane from 46th Avenue south to 45th Avenue North, 4. Magnolia Lane from 46th Avenue south to 45th Avenue North, 5. 45th Place from Magnolia Lane east, and 6. 45th Avenue from Norwood Lane east to Larch Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and 7 -ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 28th day of July, 1980, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
