RESOLUTION NO. 80-443 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 806 PINEVIEW LANE IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on July 7, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. Pineview Lane from County Road 47 south to Minneapolis/St. Paul/ Sault Saint Marie Railroad, 2. Oakview Lane in Palmer Cove Addition, 3. County Road 47 from County Road 10 to I-494, and 4. Pineview Lane from 49th Avenue to the Minneapolis/St. Paul/ Sault Saint Marie Railroad 10 by the installation of sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities, watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous streets (9 -ton design on Pineview Lane and 7 -ton design on residential streets) with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities (including previously constructed facilities) and all necessary appurtenances. WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of August,1980, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor thereof 7—ARTna Mavor Davenport.
