CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
7th day of July 19 0 - The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-440
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 933
18TH AVENUE, 17TH AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD 18 WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. 18th Avenue from South Shore Drive to County Road 18 Frontage Road,
2. 17th Avenue from South Shore Drive to County Road 18 Frontage Road,
3. County Road 18 Frontage Road from 19th Avenue to 13th Avenue
by the installation of watermain and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract
price for such improvement is $86,783.82 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred
in the making of said improvement amount to $18,940.12 so the total cost of the
10 improvement will be $105,723.94 and of this cost the City will pay $35,067.43
as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $ 70,656.51
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main,
pumping and storage facilities for the above -referenced project shall be
applied to the existing land use zoning.
Water Area
Residential: $950.00/acre
3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount.to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for
public inspection.
