Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 1nnesota was held on--t-he
7th day of July , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport, Cauncilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: mayor Hunt and Councilmember Neils
Councilmember_Hoytintroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-432
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER'S LICENSE FOR 1980-81
WHEREAS, an application for Garbage Hauler's License has been received from:
G. D. LaPlant Sanitation, Inc.
P. 0. Box 59
Buffalo, MN 55313
and
WHEREAS, the above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of the Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that a Garbage Hauler's License be approved for G. D. LaPlant Sanitation,
Inc., Buffalo, MN for a period expiring March 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneiderand upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: cting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hort and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was ,declared duly passed and adopted.
