Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held -on the
7th day of July , 1980 . The following meirbers were
present :Acting Mayor Daven ort, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councimember Nei s
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-431
AUIHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE UTILITIES AND STREET
PROJECT NO. 804
WHEREAS, Request for'Payment No. 10, dated June 25, 1980, for C. S. McCrossan, Inc.
has been prepared b, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 10 in the amount of $57,867.02.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ID following voted in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
