Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of July 1980 . The following members were

The following members were absent: mayor Hunt and counciliEffier Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-430
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 804
FERNBROOK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Installation of split rail fence,
2. Construction of retaining wall,
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 804 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 804 by adding $12,399.95 is approved
and that the existing contract price of $779,603.00 is revised to $792,002.95.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
uncilmember Hoyt _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
