Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on he
7th day of July , 19 80. The following members were
present: &cting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers H21t and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 428
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING
SIGNS AT 3055 EAST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, individuals have been found to be parking on city owned property at
3055 East Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, this property is located immediately adjacent to East Medicine Lake
Drive; and
WHEREAS, the parking of vehicles on this lot constitutes a hazard as sight
distances in this area are poor to individuals who have to back onto the
roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does authorize the installation of no parking signs
on 3055 East Medicine Lake Drive abutting the roadway.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
