Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City= Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wags field on the
7th day of _ July , 1980 . The following members were
present: ftting Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members1wre absent: mayor Hunt and Councilmember Neils
roiinrilmembeF Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-418
APPROVING CONDITIONAL, USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR W. B. LEYENDECKER FOR A TRANSMISSION
SERVICE AND REPAIR OPERATION LOCATED AT 11350 HIGHWAY 55 (79024)
WHEREAS, W. B. Leyendecker has requested renewal of a conditional use permit to
allow a transmission service and repair operation located at 11350 Highway 55;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of W. B. Leyendecker
for a transmission service and repair operation located at 11350 Highway 55
subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances,
and regulations and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The conditional use permit is issued to the petitioner as operator and is
non -transferable.
3. Parking and/or storage of unlicensed or inoperable vehicles shall be
prohibited except for vehicles being serviced.
4. Storage and display of parts or merchandise outside the building or
approved enclosures is expressley prohibited.
5. There shall be no painting, welding, body work, mechanical repairs (other
than transmissions) or retail sales.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Acttng Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: cting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoyt and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
