Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was heTT on the

—Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 417
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR MARY JO BROWN FOR A CERAMIC SUPPLY
SHOP LOCATED AT 10740 HIGHWAY 55 (A-308)
WHEREAS, Mary Jo Brown has requested renewal of a conditional use permit to
allow a ceramic supply shot located at 10740 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and 'recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mary
Jo Brown for a ceramic supply shop located at 10740 Highway 55 subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. No additional signage shall be added.
3. There shall be no outside display, sales or storage of merchandise or
related materials.
