Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetina of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUCTION NO. 80-416
AMPHITHEATER ELECTRIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, The City Council desires to complete the amphitheatre for the
1980 Music in Plymouth Concert; and,
WHEREAS, electric service is required for the band shell.and concession
area, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost to provide the necessary electric service
is $6,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota that it should and hereby does authorize the
expenditure of up to $6,000 for electric service for the amphitheatre;
AND FURTHER, that the sum of $6,000 be appropriated from the Park
Dedication Fund (Lentral Park Account) to finance this improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council'member Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereofs Mayor Hunt_ Councilmem_hars navanRnrt,,
