Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting cf
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on--t-Re

The following members were absent: Councilmembers Davenport and Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-412
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE NON-INTOX. MALT LIQUOR LICENSE,
1980-81
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
has been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be approved
for period expiring June 30, 1981 for Erickson's Super Valu at 1605 State Highway 101.
