Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Davenport and Neils
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-411
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
CHICAGO AND NORTHWESTERN RAILROAD
PROJECT NO. 914 - 16TH AVE. IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 914 is proposing to reconstruct
16th Ave. with bituminous widening and concrete curb and gutter; and
WHEREAS, said street construction is on the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation
Company right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the estimated construction cost is $14,763; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed construction agreement with said
railroad for said street construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor is authorized to execute the construction agreement with
the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Co. for the reconstruction of 16th
Ave. on the railroad's right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of said construction agreement be charged to
the project fund for Project No. 914.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
