Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Special meetina of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldFn the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 80-410
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FABER PLACE (79064)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated May 5, 1980, Henry
Faber, Developer of Faber Place (79064), has agreed to install certain improvements
for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit required be reduced to $4,550 to reflect the completed
work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
fGqunQjlMgM 42 and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ollowing voted in avorreo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following voted against orabstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
