Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Counci members Ho t and Schneider
The following members were absent: Counci member Davenport and Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80"409
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST RIDGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION (A-745)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 1, 1979, Laukka
and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates 2nd Addition (A-745), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $124,794 be further reduced
to $53,635 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted,
as of June 23, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
