Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-407
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
VICKSBURG LANE
PROJECT 801
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated June 10, 1980, for Jerome Begin Contrac-
ting Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $69,669.42 for Project 801.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
